  TalyPayroll Software Newbie Guide

How to get your free online payroll

1. Click on either the "Register" or "Join now" buttons.
2. Fill in the form, making sure your email address is spelled correctly, and that your password isn't too easy to guess. You will also need to tick
    the box next to "I have read the Terms and Conditions"
3. Click "Submit"
4. The system will now send you an email with a link to activate your TalyPayroll account.

Activate your account

1. After registering you will receive an email, sent to the email address you specified as your contact email.
2. You can then click on the link in the email. If nothing happens when you do this, you can cut and paste it into your browser.
3. NOTE: The activation link in the email is only valid for 72 hours from the time it was sent. If you have not activated within this period, you will
    need to email support@talypayroll.co.za and request that we activate the account for you.
4. Your browser should then take your to the activation page, and you should see a message, "Your account have been successfully activated."
5. If you do not see this message, you can email support@talypayroll.co.za with the message you have received.

Company settings

1. The first time you login to TalyPayroll, you will be presented with a page requesting certain basic information, which you should fill in.
2. After this, choose "System Setup" from the menu on the left, and then "Company Settings" under that.
3. Although some of these settings are only needed at reconciliation time, it is best to fill them in before you start working.
4. HINT: Don't forget to click save when you have changed any settings.
1. All the functions you need can be accessed from the menu on the left.
2. To logout, click on "Logout" at the top right of the window.

    menu on the left.

Do payslip on TalyPayroll software

1. Login online payroll software.
2. Enter payslips menu.
3. You can choose taxyear and month, week and fortnight. default is month
4. Choose which month or week or fortnight.
5. If no attendance record, you can click Add all button. all payslips will be created for all employees
6. Or you can click Add button to create payslip one by one.
7. If you want to print all payslips, please click Print all payslips button.
